| Financial Planit was founded by Anthony Buckley in July 2004 to provide a unique financial planning experience for clients who required financial strategies, have their financial affairs proactively managed and create greater clarity for their financial future. As a privately owned organisation, our approved products are selected by a third-party research firm and we are free to utilise ‘best of breed’ products and investment platforms.Our qualified and experienced Advisers and staff work together to protect and improve the financial position of our clients, so that they may experience a high quality of life afforded by their circumstances. We do this by offering comprehensive solutions through a long term relationship which is characterised by our personal and responsive approach. Extensive ExperienceAnthony Buckley is the Managing Director and Principal Financial Adviser of Financial Planit. With both an Accounting (ANZ Banking Group Limited and PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and Financial Planning background – he has chosen to focus predominantly on financial planning as he enjoys managing client’s financial well-being and creating a financial roadmap for their future. Anthony has extensive experience in portfolio construction, asset allocation, creating and implementing client strategies, retirement planning, superannuation, insurance and estate planning. He was one of the first CPA’s appointed as a Financial Planning Specialist and this qualification has been instrumental in developing Anthony’s consultative approach with his clients and has contributed to the independent, unbiased nature of the Financial Planit practice. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business (B.Bus) and is a Certified Practising Accountant (Financial Planning Specialist) – CPA (FPS). As a Practitioner Member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia – FPA (AFP), he abides by their Professional Code of Ethics.
